This present essay aims to analyze how the new game rules in the management of the leaders of the Latin educational organizations, they become valid in the business system from theoretical postulates, that make them significant strategies which are useful for managers , in favor of offer them, understanding and adaptation to this new society of information and knowledge. The methodology used was the documentary review, through the analysis from the interpretative critical perspective made by the researchers. The results show a number of theoretical reflections that are expected to contribute to spread and size the new game rules in the management of the leaders of the educational organizations. We conclude that an organization should always be willing to test its paradigms, knowledge, ideas and concepts, proceeding to discard those that are no longer useful for the competitive performance of the company.
