Podcasting incorporation at University has become education institutions more flexible because it allows to dissociate learning process from any kind of space and temporary barriers. At the same time, podcast didactic use presents numerous profits for the students. Nevertheless, in spite of several international experiences in podcasting education, Especially in U.S.A., its use in Spanish context continues to be minoritary and intuitive. The aim of this research has been to carry out an approximation to educational podcasting at Spanish Higher Education Institutions. A research developed from the content analysis of Spanish univerities spaces in iTunesU.This study has allowed to destaque a basic utilization of educational podcast contents. In this spaces Spanish universities distribute educational archives, more of them videocast, whithout a real podcast structure and length. Some contents that, with exceptions like didactic pills, are not prepared for its everywhere consumption. This circumstance suppose a brake for an interstitial learning.
