In Venezuela the sex gender diversity issue has been taboo, even more in our professional training centers, with the consequence of ignorance, stigmatization and rejection for this population, and our medical school Dr. Witremundo Torrealba does not escape that. The objective of this research is to determine the perception of teachers of medical school UCSA, on health care to sex gender diverse population. This is a cross-sectional study of field, participants were 136 teachers from all years of the medical career, and data were collected with a anonymous survey with closed questions. It was possible to show that the teachers in our school of medicine remains a rejection diverse population gender sex, teachers estànde agree that the lack of training of health is closely linked to discrimination and abuse in our health centers. Paradoxically, the teachers maintain a position of rejection of sex gender diverse population, but, in other way, open possibilities for acceptance of changes in training new health professionals, and to reduce stigma and mistreatment of the population sex-gender diverse in our health centers
