Orbital metastasis is a rare entity. The most common of these is in the choroid metastasis. The most common malignant primary lesions found in these patients are breast cancer in women and lung cancer in man. In this paper we present a case of Female patient of 36 years diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and with distant relapse in 2012 and choroidal metastases identified in 2013.
