Abstract

In this paper we deseribe the main experiences of a process of adaptation and curricular transformation undertaken by the Faculty of Health Sciences, from their headquarters Carabobo and Aragua. A proposal for a micro-project training course, key to the Curriculum, is presented as it is identified as medical practice, which confronts with different conceptions coexistences ontoepistemological praxis, some hegemonic and other emerging. The scenario is complex; requiring suit the university context, the National Public Health System and its governing body, the Ministry oh health (health teams) and the communities themselves, with their emergency from the people´s power popular power.
