In oncological chronic disease, the sense that the teenager has itself is not developed within a social vacuum. The environment, disease, age and sex affect deeply in as the teenager looks the same. The goal is to relate view, acceptance and behavior to an oncological disease taking into account the importance of the family and community as the fundamental protective factor. Through an open interview in 17 year old male teenager, carrier of Osteosarcoma with Diagnostics from may 2014, hospitalized at the Hemato-oncology unit of the Department of Pediatric of the Hospital Universitario Dr. Angel Larralde, IVSS, municipalityNaguanagua, Valencia Carabobo State. It showed a positive vision dependent of the family environment (in the economic, cycle, relationship, dynamics and history of it), acceptance of the social situation and security it deserves by the institution. Support from family, social environment and institution, is important and fundamental and provide optimum conditions in Assembly of a multidisciplinary team for the attention of the adolescent patient with a chronic disease. The functional family structure is basic and important for vision and project of the lifestyle of the sick teenager, in view of all the questions of the future of the same disease, complications and reactions of chemotherapy before and after surgery. The ability where need affection, understanding, encouraging action of resiliency and emotional intelligence of the patient and their family.
