Resumen

GANGA CONTRERAS, Francisco  y  AGUILA SANCHEZ, Marcela. Perception of Providers of "Chilecompra" Electronic System in the Xth. Region-Chile. Enlace [online]. 2006, vol.3, n.1, pp.27-48. ISSN 1690-7515.

The incorporation of technology to the governmental activity has changed the relationship of the government with its citizens. The implementation of systems based upon Internet technology to make public labour more efficient, leads society towards a process of constant adaptation to these new tendencies. That is how the Chilean government has implemented many systems to pursue its functions. One of them id the Systems of Public Sales, known as "Chilecompra", an electronic platform that congregates many good and services’ demands of the public sector and sales to providers. To know the perception of the providers, regarding this new modality of commercial relationship, is the main purpose of this paper. Thus, we expose general antecedents of the system of sales and it synthesizes the perceptions of the providers regarding its functioning, after a year of the execution of the Scholarship Law about Administrative Contracts of the Providing Office and Service Presentation # 19886, better known as Public Sales Law. These perceptions were caught through the application of an electronic survey, whose results allow to exhibit the degree of satisfaction that these actors manifest regarding the implementation of the Electronic System in the region, which contributes to decision making of the respective authorities linked to the issue, and to lay the foundations for ulterior investigations in this issue and others related.
