This article describes the contents structure and functioning of a web cannel for Radio-Television (RTVDOC) and an on-line media archives at the multimedia documentation service (Multidoc) in the faculty of information science at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. This thematic research cannel via internet (WebRTV) produces canalizes and distributes contents in a distributive and cooperative manner. Understood as a university platform on-line, in real time a la carte, this channel looks forward to the creation and publication of a wide variety of multimedia materials for teachers, researchers and professionals, as well as for didactic material applicable to professional areas, materialized in libraries, audio archives and video archives.
