Resumen

NUNEZ RAVELO, Franklin. Perception of some venezuelan teachers on the distance education process implemented in general secondary school during the pandemic and post-pandemic period. Areté [online]. 2023, vol.9, n.18, pp.57-78.  Epub 07-Dic-2023. ISSN 2443-4566.  https://doi.org/10.55560/arete.2023.18.9.3.

The declaration of the pandemic and the report of the first cases in Venezuela led to a shift from face-to-face to distance education, with implications for teaching and learning processes. Hence, the purpose of this research was to unveil the perception of teachers regarding the scope of the teaching strategies implemented during the pandemic and post-pandemic period. To this end, it was oriented towards the interpretative paradigm, analytical type, apprehensive level and phenomenological method. The findings reveal: (a) the use of innovative strategies based on multiplatforms, (b) the characteristics of teaching and learning during the pandemic, and (c) the post-pandemic assessment of these processes. As a conclusive approximation, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies implemented, and to guide the formulation of levelling plans and adjustments in the administration of the contents.
