Abstract

Public educational management (GPE) is vital to guarantee modernization in integral tutoring processes (PTI). The objective of the work was to determine the influence of the GPE in its strategic, administrative, pedagogical and community dimensions in the PTI, in the Red 01 UGEL 07 - Lima, 2023. A basic type of methodology was implemented, and the sample was carried out by 18 managers public, the variables considered were the GPE and the PTI. Data collection was done through questionnaires, and processing was done with SPSS v26; the ordinal logistic regression model was applied. The results showed a significant relationship between the GPE and the PTI in the network of institutions, the majority of managers presented an intermediate value, in the employed categories, The set of these responses compromises compliance with related standards, contextualization of strategic plans, development of capabilities and innovation in management.
