The general objective of this review article was to describe the process of pedagogical support for basic education teachers during the pandemic through a review and documentary analysis of research carried out in Peru. Within the methodological aspects, it is a basic research that assumes the quantitative approach and the scientific method. The sample takes into account teachers and administrators of basic education in Peru. The technique used to collect the data was the documentary analysis of journals and articles, using documentary analysis sheets as an instrument. Among the most outstanding results is that pedagogical support not only affects the improvement of pedagogical practice, but also the mastery of strategies to provide emotional support. In addition, it is related to the critical reflection of the teacher and the role that the leadership of the principal plays in good pedagogical support. It is concluded that pedagogical support during the pandemic had drawbacks due to the limited mastery of computer resources by teachers and administrators.
