Sustainability is a key component for organizational development in economic, social, and environmental spheres. This research aims to determine an action system for organizational sustainability. A qualitative approach with deductive methodology was employed, based on theoretical research that used analysis-synthesis methods to describe sustainability and establish an action system based on four stages: analysis, parameters, guidance, and control. The review encompassed 52 Spanish academic documents from the last five years. The results show an action system that includes: analysis of the current situation, determination of sustainable parameters, guide of activities per pillar, and control of results. The findings indicate that sustainability improves operational efficiency, fosters stakeholder relationships, and generates added value. It is concluded that the systematic implementation of sustainable initiatives is crucial for organizations seeking to balance economic growth with environmental preservation and social responsibility.
