The development of laterality in early childhood education constitutes a fundamental aspect for proper motor and cognitive development. This study presents a systematic review of effective ludic-pedagogical activities to strengthen laterality in children aged 3 to 5 years. The methodology followed PRISMA guidelines, through a qualitative descriptive bibliographic approach, analyzing publications from 2018-2024 in databases such as Google Scholar, Dialnet, SciELO, and Redalyc. From 120 articles initially identified, 9 were selected that met the established inclusion criteria. The results highlight various effective interventions such as Project-Based Learning, dance, traditional music, ball games, outdoor activities, and children's songs that promote coordinative development and lateral dominance. The research reveals that these activities not only enhance laterality but also contribute to children's social and emotional development. It is concluded that ludic-pedagogical activities constitute significant methodological tools to stimulate laterality at early ages, being essential to adapt interventions to the individual characteristics of each child, recognizing diversity in lateral dominance patterns.
