Abstract
RONCHI SALAMEA, Pierluigi Carlo. Professional Preparation of Teaching Staff in Artisanal Centers. Rev. Sci. [online]. 2025, vol.10, n.35, pp.213-233. Epub Oct 02, 2025. ISSN 2542-2987. https://doi.org/10.29394/scientific.issn.2542-2987.2025.10.35.10.213-233.
This research addresses professional teacher training in artisanal centers, emphasizing the importance of diagnosis as a starting point for designing relevant improvement programs. It is based on contemporary demands requiring teachers with comprehensive competencies to face current educational challenges. The objective was to develop a model to determine the needs for professional teacher development. A non-experimental qualitative approach was implemented, using the Delphi method by rounds with a sample of 41 participants, including university professors, administrators, teachers from artisanal centers, and officials from the National Board of Artisan Defense (JNDA). The results showed high consensus (93,90%) on the relevance of four proposed professional competencies: direction of the formative process, research, communication, and cultural promotion. It is concluded that the integrative diagnosis of all educational actors constitutes an essential component to transform teacher preparation, allowing the design of contextualized training programs that respond to the real needs of the artisanal educational system, with potential applicability in various educational contexts.
