CERVERA-MANJARREZ, Norwin; OQUENDO-GONZALEZ, Eulalio José; VELASQUEZ-PEREZ, Yazmín  and  ROSE-PARRA, Charli. Principles and strategies for the development of computational thinking. Cienciamatria [online]. 2023, vol.9, n.17, pp.120-132.  Epub Feb 08, 2024. ISSN 2542-3029.  https://doi.org/10.35381/cm.v9i17.1128.

Currently, ways and means are needed that can develop and encourage ingenuity and spark in people in order to respond to existing problems from other ways of thinking and innovative optics adapted to new technologies. For this reason, this article is developed whose purpose was to describe the principles and strategies that allow the development of computational thinking. The article came methodologically from a documentary-bibliographic study at a descriptive level. Finally, it can be stated that computational thinking allows man to enter the world of abstraction and pragmatism skills combined with technology, to solve problems of increasing complexity in an intelligent, creative and imaginative way. Likewise, although there are endless applicable tools that allow the development of computational thinking, lightbot, tinkercad and hour of code, they constitute three powerful strategies for its development.
