MONTES, Edilberto Hart; RAMOS GELVEZ, Carlos Mario  and  ARZUZA GOMEZ, Alfonso Roberto. Interculturality from experience and life lesson. Cienciamatria [online]. 2023, vol.9, n.17, pp.190-206.  Epub Feb 08, 2024. ISSN 2542-3029.  https://doi.org/10.35381/cm.v9i17.1133.

This study entitled Interculturality from experience and life lesson, has its focus on the culture of indigenous and Afro peoples. The objective was to preserve the culture and tradition of the Zenú, Wayuu and Palenquero cultural origins in order to achieve interculturality from shared experience. Ethnography was the method used and the research techniques were the participant observation, surveys, interviews and interaction. From this perspective, the communities carried out dynamic and playful activities applied in the CDI Seledonio Padilla, in the locality of Guayabo. To conclude, it was found that education can take advantage of the richness of cultural diversity to improve the teaching-learning processes, transforming it into a source of understanding, pluralism and social cohesion for the dissemination and preservation of both the ancestral culture and the human wealth of the Colombian nation.

Keywords : Interculturality; education; indigenous and afro tradition; diffusion, cultural preservation.
