The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work happiness and the performance of teachers in the Faculty of Education and Humanities of the UNS, 2022. It is a quantitative, non-experimental study with a correlational design. The population consisted of 112 teachers with teaching load. For data collection, a questionnaire was applied for the work happiness variable and a documentary analysis guide for teaching performance. The results showed an average level of happiness at work (58) and a good level corresponding to their performance (55.4%). It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between work happiness and the performance of teachers of the Faculty of Education and Humanities of the UNS, and that this relationship extends to each of the dimensions of teaching performance: cognitive, didactic and methodological, attitudinal and counseling and tutoring.
