The purpose of the study was to determine whether the organizational culture and the professional learning community influence teaching performance in an educational institution in Chiclayo, 2023; to achieve this, a quantitative research approach was used, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and explanatory research design. For the collection of information, a population of 48 teachers in this educational institution was determined; of which the totality was selected as a sample. The information was collected by means of survey and observation techniques. The results obtained through ordinal logistic regression show Nagelkerke's R value (0.643), which indicates that the independent variables explain 64.3% of the dependent variable. This leads to the conclusion that the organizational culture and the professional learning community influence teaching performance in an educational institution in Chiclayo, 2023.
