The purpose of this research was to determine whether collaborative work in public educational institutions in Barranca, 2023, is influenced by managerial skills and internal organizational communication. A quantitative study was developed. The sample consisted of 50 teachers from the Barranca district, 2023. The survey technique and three questionnaires were used for data collection. To obtain the results, an ordinal logistic regression test was applied, the results of which showed a Nagelkerke R value of 0.472, which indicates that management skills and internal organizational communication explain 47.2% of the level of teamwork. These results lead to the conclusion that the collaborative work of teachers in public educational institutions in Barranca, 2023, is influenced by managerial skills and internal organizational communication.
