The purpose of this article is to investigate how inclusive education has taken place in Ecuador and to explore how technological resources appear to be linked to the promotion of inclusive learning. It corresponds to a documentary study developed through a bibliographic design. From the results, it was possible to state that Ecuador shows significant progress in the promotion of education for all, since it has progressively implemented policies and programs, together with a regulatory framework, which seeks to ensure equal access to education, especially for those with disabilities and/or special needs. However, it still faces significant challenges in terms of achieving a truly inclusive and quality education throughout the educational system.
