The general objective of the research was to analyze timely pedagogical management in teacher performance. It was executed from the quantitative paradigm, descriptive and complemented with a documentary-bibliographic design. The information was extracted from refereed articles, degree works and bibliographic texts, among others, using the analytical method, orienting and complementing the study of particular aspects explored in the analysis of written content, through the analytical-synthetic method. It is concluded that pedagogical management is crucial for teachers' performance. Supporting teachers' professional development improves the quality of education and prevents performance problems, it is essential to establish effective communication channels between the teaching staff and the management team for timely pedagogical management. At the same time, the implementation of continuous training programs allows teachers to update their knowledge and skills.
