The general objective of the research was to analyze the success of teaching performance through didactic planning. It was executed from the quantitative paradigm, descriptive and complemented with a documentary-bibliographic design. This allowed the collection of information extracted from refereed articles, degree works and bibliographic texts. The analytical method was used, orienting and complementing the study of particular aspects explored in the content analysis, through the analytical-synthetic method. In this way, the selected information was examined through the content analysis technique, bringing together theoretical aspects on the subject. It is concluded that, this study has clearly and forcefully demonstrated the crucial importance of didactic planning in the teaching field, as the findings have supported the fundamental idea that careful and structured planning directly influences the success of teachers' performance.
