The general objective of the research was to analyze the efficiency of digital transformation in the administrative performance of schools in Piura, Peru. It was executed from the quantitative paradigm, descriptive type and was complemented with a documentary-bibliographic design, the information was extracted from refereed articles, addressing the analytical method, guiding and complementing the study of particular aspects, explored in the analysis of written content, through the analytical-synthetic method. It is concluded that the findings of the study indicate that digital transformation has a positive and significant impact on the administrative performance of schools. Digital tools can improve efficiency, effectiveness and service quality in schools. Digital transformation in schools in Piura represents an opportunity to improve administrative efficiency and educational quality.
