The objective of the research was to analyze the right to occupational health and safety of company workers and its normative regulation. A search was made in the main repositories of indexed journals and the articles were filtered, leaving 15 articles. Among the main findings it was obtained that, of the total number of articles, 40% of the publications were made in the year 2023, according to the place of publication of the total research, 26.67% of the studies are from Peru, 46.67% of the research from Scielo and 40% in Scopus. In conclusion, in an organization it is important to have a program or area in charge of executing an occupational health and safety plan, especially according to the type and magnitude of the company; as well as, according to the level of risk that the company carries out as established in the present Law N° 29783 - Occupational Health and Safety Law.
