The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between noise pollution and awareness of environmental rights for the benefit of the citizens of Piura. Methodologically, the study was based on a documentary and quantitative approach. Fifteen articles were collected from indexed journals such as Scielo, Scopus and Redalyc, according to certain selection criteria. The results show that noise pollution is a growing concern in Piura, with noise levels exceeding permissible limits in several urban areas. The authors concluded that it is essential to improve public awareness of environmental rights and strengthen enforcement of regulations to reduce noise pollution through educational programs and awareness campaigns to involve the community in protecting the urban environment.
