This article analyzes access to intercultural justice by indigenous adolescent offenders of criminal law in Peru. For this purpose, a descriptive study based on documentary analysis and systematic review of the specialized literature was carried out. For data collection, 16 articles were reviewed from the Scopus, SciELO and Redalyc databases. The results showed that the inclusion of intercultural justice in relation to adolescent offenders of criminal law was still partial, accessory and supplementary. Moreover, it was only declarative, since it did not materialize in socio-legal praxis. Therefore, it was concluded that the comprehensive interculturalization of justice applied to adolescent offenders of criminal law in Peru has been an urgent need that cannot be postponed.
