The general objective of the research was to determine the dimensions and indicators for the diagnosis of university quality. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic reference, in this sense, from a documentary-type bibliographic design. The analytical-synthetic aspect was based on mentally breaking down the system studied into various compendiums in order to arrive at the production of new knowledge. The inductive-deductive method was used. It is concluded that universities are adopting various trends in quality management to ensure educational excellence and student satisfaction. These trends include the implementation of quality management systems based on international standards, the focus on continuous improvement through constant feedback, and the active participation of the entire university community in evaluation and assurance processes.
