In Latin America, various studies currently highlight significant advances in the implementation of intercultural policies. In this sense, the present study aims to analyze the public policies developed in education and health to promote interculturality in this region, identifying implementation strategies, contributions to institutional strengthening, as well as the impact on cultural diversity. For this purpose, a systematic review with a qualitative approach was carried out as the main methodological resource, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses. As a result, it is evidenced that, despite the identified gaps, in Latin America, there are multiple intercultural strategies that promote projects, programs, activities, and educational and health intercultural objectives. However, many authors agree that for their effective implementation, these depend on factors such as government projections, joint participation, preparation, and contextualization according to the area or community.
