The general objective of this research was to describe the importance of the inclusive classroom in Ecuadorian university spaces. It was developed from a quantitative approach with a documentary-bibliographic methodology and the study of social reality. The documentary review was based on methodical exploration, which allowed the collection of information extracted from refereed articles, peer-reviewed papers and bibliographic texts, among others that oriented and complemented the study of particular aspects, explored in the content analysis. Thus, the selected information was examined through the content analysis technique, gathering theoretical aspects on the topic addressed by the researchers. It is concluded that university spaces are capable of promoting the different strategies necessary to establish and foster equity and equal opportunities as a policy for the management of inclusion from an integral vision.
