The objective of this research was to evaluate the perception of tutors and veterinarians on the quality of service from the case of professional clothing. It was carried out from September to October 2022. Questionnaires were randomly administered to tutors and veterinarians living or working in the Metropolitan District of Quito, using Google Forms. Descriptive statistics were used analyzing frequency to determine the percentage of the variables. The preference in general for veterinarians was clinical and surgical clothing, while for male and female tutors, it was surgical clothing, and for tutors belonging to the LGTBIQ+ community, it was clinical clothing. The results for the LGTBIQ+ community are not conclusive; they are referential as they do not have a larger population. Clothing does influence the guardians' opinion of the care received by the pet.
