The objective of this article was to determine the impact of the virtual platform Teams in the management of digital environments for teachers through a literature review. Scientific articles published in journals hosted in Scopus, Web of Science, Redalyc, Scielo, Latindex, Redib and Dialnet databases, between 2019 - 2023, were considered and 67 articles were selected. Among the results, the country with the highest number of publications is Ecuador, with 39.22%, followed by Mexico with 17.65%, while the countries with the lowest number of articles are Brazil, Portugal, Panama, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic with 1.96%. The impact of the Teams platform was positive for almost all educational levels and in each of the countries where the research reviewed was carried out.
