The general objective of the research was to describe the tools of intelligence and analysis of the cost information of a poultry company, Peru. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, the researchers conducted a research process where the study population is based basically on written documents such as theses and refereed works. In addition, a questionnaire was applied to a population made up of executives and managers of the company Avicultora Redondos S.A. in Lima, with a total of 60 individuals. It is concluded that business intelligence tools can help companies improve their analysis of cost information in several ways.
