The objective of this study is to analyze the entrepreneurial pedagogical leadership of principals in multigrade and single-teacher elementary schools. We worked with a type of documentary research with bibliographic design, in 14 scientific articles located in databases: PubMed, Scielo, Redalyc, Scopus, Latindex 2.0. The principal's leadership is important in educational institutions, since his or her actions can facilitate the improvement of learning, which can be improved through the use of various strategies and modify the day-to-day work of teachers in educational institutions. Leadership is a capacity that can be developed, and it is an ascesis where reciprocally leaders and followers consciously undertake a slogan with the purpose of establishing goals together for the benefit of all and for the satisfaction of the needs of the social group.
