The research aims to analyze entrepreneurial skills as a strategy for personal growth in high school students. A systematic review of 15 articles was used. It is found that the concept of entrepreneurship goes beyond the creation of a business or company, but includes attitudes, knowledge and skills that should be cultivated in students and that these can have an impact on personal and working life. The implementation of entrepreneurship competency in the educational system requires a boost from the educational authorities and the educational community in general. The formation of entrepreneurship and innovation, from the point of view of teachers, should begin in the first years of education, where they work with integrated curricular areas with authentic themes to those of their community.
