The objective was to review different scientific articles on the valorization of solid waste generated in the district of El Porvenir Trujillo Peru, published in web libraries and indexed in journals that are accredited between the fiscal periods 2018-2022. It corresponds to a descriptive documentary study. The results allow understanding innovative, technical and systematic approach proposals, as well as conceptual models of waste recycling that are being implemented in the municipal, social and educational sector, with the aim of stimulating initiatives to promote composting and what organic materials can do. for the ecological sustainability of human development.
