The general objective of this study was to determine the impact of digital transformation on the business management of human talent consulting firms in Trujillo, Peru. It corresponds to a descriptive correlational study, the population is composed of 117 professional services firms. It has been determined that there is a significant impact between digital transformation and business management of human talent consulting firms in Trujillo, through the statistical test Spearman's coefficient of 0.786 at a significance level of 5%; with a p=0.000. It has been determined that 37.50% of the workers of the human talent consulting companies of Trujillo have a regular level of internal communication and job satisfaction; 34.38% are good in the level of internal communication and high in the level of job satisfaction; 18.75% are regular in the level of internal communication and high in the level of job satisfaction.
