ICTs facilitate the improvement of learning, since it is more dynamic in academic aspects. The objective of the research is to analyze the use of ICT in the meaningful learning of students in rural Cajamarca. The population was 76 students of the last academic level of primary school, they were selected by convenience, and two questionnaires were applied, which were adopted from Mendoza. Obtaining as a result, that ICT have a demonstrative impact on learning with rho=0.710** and p<0.05; in the same way for the dimensions of ICT with learning that are use of technology, informational procedure and representations of the results (rho=0.824*); (rho=0. 853) and (rho=0.446) respectively, likewise, for the association of the variable with the dimensions previous acquired knowledge, procedural and cognitive learning (rho=0.709); (rho=0.586) and (rho=0.566*), consequently these tools should be considered for quality teaching.
