ALVA-VASQUEZ, Jackeline Elizabeth; HERRADA-HERRERA, Alex Vicente; TERRONES-MARREROS, Mario Andrés  and  DURAN-LLARO, Kony Luby. Gamification for the improvement of the motivating didactic strategy of teachers of public educational institutions. Koinonía [online]. 2023, vol.8, suppl.2, pp.78-98.  Epub July 19, 2024. ISSN 2542-3088.  https://doi.org/10.35381/r.k.v8i2.2863.

The objective was to determine whether gamification improves the motivating didactic strategy of teachers of public educational institutions. The approach was quantitative, type applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional, causal correlation design; the sample was 100 teachers from public educational institutions registered in the UGEL of the city of Trujillo, 2023; two questionnaires were used. The results show that gamification presents a high level according to 66% of teachers in public educational institutions, while the motivating didactic strategy presents a good level according to 67%. They conclude that gamification significantly improves the motivating didactic strategy of teachers of public educational institutions; due to the value of Spearman’s Rho=0.633 indicating a high positive correlation (p<0.01); and a square R=0.761 that indicates that gamification improves by 76.1% the motivating didactic strategy of teachers.
