The objective of the study was to determine the use of web-based educational tools to improve learning among elementary school students in the rural zone of Huamachuco. It was based on applied research; the approach was quantitative focused on the measurement of the study variables and the design was pre-experimental. For data collection, the questionnaire, pre-test and post-test were used, which were directed to 92 students. The Kolmogórov-Smirnov statistic was used for the normality test. The results showed a significant improvement in learning according to the Wilcoxon test (sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). In the pre-test, 58% of the students showed good performance and 40% showed learning in progress; in the post-test, 100% of the students showed outstanding learning.
