The current study seeks to determine the influence of casuistry in the approach to learning specialized anatomy in the training of students in the stomatology career of Antenor Orrego Private University. The methodology was based on a quantitative pre-experimental approach. The sample consisted of 68 students, to whom a pre-test and a post-test were applied based on the casuistic intervention AE-01 according to its dimensions. According to the statistical analysis, it was obtained as a result that the mean, median and mode showed an increasing behavior as the pedagogical sessions were applied, since the learning scores of specialized anatomy obtained in the post-test were higher than in the pre-test. Therefore, it was concluded that casuistry positively influences the approach to specialized anatomy learning of stomatology students.
