Resumen

The study sought to describe PRA by interpreting its basic theoretical-conceptual and methodological postulates, with the purpose of showing its main attributes that characterize it as a tool for change and transformation in university educational contexts that are devoted to deploy and strengthen educational inclusion processes. It refers to a descriptive research, of documentary nature deployed through a bibliographic design. Finally, it can be affirmed that PAR is an instrument that favors the development of an inclusive university, since it promotes participatory processes, training and reflection, based on collective dialogue and self-introspection, which allow the professional improvement of teachers and the university community in general, in addition to promoting a university culture of consensus and commitment to inclusive education.
