The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between learning styles and the improvement of English language skills. As a methodology, a descriptive quantitative approach was used, for which a survey was applied to 90 students from different secondary education institutions. A questionnaire and a notebook were used as instruments for the observations made. The results highlighted the following aspects: pedagogical approaches, resources and teaching techniques, mastery of learning styles, the significant correlation between learning styles and progress in learning English, and the benefits of the diversity of learning styles. Finally, it was concluded that recognition of diversity is essential for effective implementation of English language teaching.
