The objective of this research was to analyze the conceptions and meanings of the pedagogy of love in teachers of UGEL schools. The design used was descriptive, with a population of 200 teachers of regular basic education, and the instrument used was a survey on the pedagogy of love to determine the knowledge that teachers had about this conception. The results showed that the majority of female teachers (45%) had more knowledge and practice on the pedagogy of love than male teachers, with only 20%. In conclusion, it was found that the teachers who used this pedagogy were located between the stages of adolescence and maturity.
