The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance of legal education in relation to the impact of AI for the science of law, taking into account that, currently in Peru, AI is already being implemented within the Superior Courts of Justice. The methodology used had a qualitative approach, with a descriptive scope, of a basic type. The key informants were 2 judges, 2 prosecutors, 2 systems engineers and 1 member of the Peruvian National Police. The results demonstrated the importance of the use of artificial intelligence, as well as the risks of a mechanism of compliance with deadlines for the granting of conflicting resolutions. The conclusions specified that AI could be presented as a consultative alternative to the lawyer's legal function.
