The general objective of the study was to determine the relationship between human talent management and job satisfaction of nurses at the Victor Ramos Guardia Hospital, Huaraz. There is evidence of a statistical relationship between GTH and job satisfaction in nurses, with a value of p= 0.00002. The GTH is considered as one of the important aspects to be promoted at the level of organizations, especially in health care where individuals are dealt with directly, which is why the internal user should have the best working conditions so that he/she feels comfortable when performing his/her work and this is reflected in the quality with which the external user of the health establishments is attended.
