The objective of the research was to evaluate the impact of motivational strategies on the work performance of public servants of the Informal Property Formalization Agency in the year 2023. In methodological terms, the study is framed in the positivist paradigm, since it seeks identify and explain the causes of the problem and how these manifests themselves in a given period of time, using a hypothetico-deductive approach. The results of the study indicate that motivational strategies have a positive effect on the work performance of public servants of the Informal Property Formalization Agency in the year 2023. This is evidenced in the comparative analysis between the pretest and the posttest, where observes an increase of 83.3% in the level of work performance after the implementation of said strategies. These findings demonstrate the positive influence of motivational strategies on the job performance of public servants.
