The research objective is to analyze the organizational design as a basis for a new strategic proposal in the current administrative management of the CETPRO Daniel Villar de Caraz, 2023. The research is of a qualitative approach of basic type as an inductive method of descriptive level, focused on the analysis of grounded theory and normative scope on facts or phenomena that allow a better understanding of the a priori analysis of the dimensions categories of study. It can be stated that the design applied to the dimension subcategory as strategic model, used by the head of management, is very acceptable for the institution in the management of organizational strategies and techniques and human resources management, having as a critical situation the organizational structure established by the MIENDU. In order for the strategic management design model to show certain results, it is the correct study and knowledge of the respective administrative approaches, models and strategies.
