Abstract

The objective was to determine the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction in the area of student finance at a university in Nuevo Chimbote, Ancash, Peru. The type was descriptive with non-experimental design, the population was 350 students. There is a significant relationship between the quality of service and user satisfaction in the area of student finance in a university of Nuevo Chimbote in Ancash whose Rho coefficient was equal to 0.945, demonstrating the hypothesis and rejecting the null hypothesis, also determined the importance of educational services and the treatment given to students so that they are satisfied with the service they receive.
