The overall objective of the research was to analyze the pedagogical adoption of digital platforms in elementary education in Colombia. The methodology for this study was based on a documentary-bibliographic review, which included a thorough analysis of peer-reviewed articles and international organizations. Furthermore, to ensure scientific rigor in knowledge management, the methodological procedure was structured into three cross-cutting phases: external review and analysis of sources; internal analysis and cognitive processing, and dialectical synthesis and dissemination planning. It was completed using the analytical-synthetic method. In conclusion, the success of the pedagogical adoption of digital platforms in elementary education depends on a balance between technological innovation and the human factor, where parental supervision and teacher guidance are essential to mitigate risks and enhance student autonomy.
