BAYONA-LOPEZ, Graciela Delia; MEDINA-CORCUERA, Groberti Alfredo; ITURRIA-HUAMAN, Robert Alberto  and  FLORIAN-PLASENCIA, Roque Wilmar. Impact of the indemnity program on the protection of children's rights, Peru. Iustitia Socialis [online]. 2023, vol.8, n.15, pp.38-53.  Epub Aug 30, 2023. The general objective of the research was to determine the impact of the indemnity program on the protection of children's rights in Peru. It was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. In addition, an average estimator was used as the mean, considered as the equilibrium point of a database, obtained by the sum of the whole set of values divided by the total number of values. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. It is concluded that, according to the different tests applied, where the dimensions identity, protection, integrity and education were emphasized, it is highlighted that the indemnity program had a significant influence on the parents' knowledge of the integral care of the child.
